Karen loves herding dogs and horses!

As a customer care specialist with WCAH since 1996, Karen feels fortunate to have had the experience of working with so many wonderful people. She is the Receptionist Manager. Fun fact about Karen: she has a Bachelors degree in Plant & Soil Science.

Karen lives near Shelbyville with her husband Mark, Tennessee Walking Horses, one rescue cat and Border Collie mix Ava.

If anyone has a question regarding animal nutrition or prescription diet food, she is always willing to share her knowledge and resources. Putting our clients first has been her priority for many years and it shows daily. She loves working in a family environment and making a difference.
